Battambang, getting acquainted

   Monday morning we left on a bus for Battambang town, it took about 6 1/2hr. 

Phally & Chris & Phally's mom & sister & brother all came to pick us up at the bus station. 

    We were greeted with cold drinks snacks & a time of visiting:) Phally's dad kinda scolded Phally that her guests needed to rest, and we were sent to our room to rest ;) it's been awhile since I was told to take a nap! Lol !

  Yesterday, Tuesday we went to the duck farm, we got the grand tour! 

Baby ducks, I think there is approx 1200 here!

These are the male ducks, some will be introduced to the girls & some maybe sold.

Lots of girl ducks!! One pen had 1000

& I forget how many are in another pen.... A lot!

New roof just built for housing ducks 

Phally had planted lots of beautiful flowers at their farm

And there is an abundance of fruits

Bananas & mango & dragon fruit , pineapple, guava, ect! This area of Cambodia really good for growing stuff!! 

Dragon fruit not quite ripe yet, grows on end of a thorny sedum type thing, 

Baby that needs a little TLC

Eggs anyone?
